Directions: For a safe opening and relaxing experience please do not use your hands to touch the steamer. Please use the drawstring of the bag to place it on the shower floor or under the water to help activate the steamer. After it is activated you can hang it in your shower to release the menthol. This can be used for multiple showers until all gone. This has Menthol Crystals. If your skin comes in contact with them, make sure to wash off.
